Quick answers
Restore a subscription
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you've subscribed and don't see Pro features, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. You can view, change, or cancel your plan anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Back up or move your data
Your health data is stored on your device, encrypted — it isn't kept on our servers. To keep a backup or move to a new phone, use Export in the app to save a data file, then Import it on the other device. (Because the data is on-device only, uninstalling without an export will remove it.)
Delete your data
Since your data lives only on your device, you can remove it anytime by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app — there's no account to close. Email us at help@naturalthrive.net if you'd like help.
Apple Health / Health Connect isn't syncing
Make sure you've granted the app permission in Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), then reopen the app. Natural Thrive can pull in weight, sleep, activity, energy, and blood pressure.
